Well, we are home and officially done with vacation. We ended up logging 4300 miles of driving!! Whew!! I'll post a few highlights of Yellowstone.
There were some fun animals! Lots of bison walking right down the road!
A grizzly bear off the road!
There were hikes up to look at waterfalls....
and hikes down (328 steps to be exact!) to waterfalls. (I liked going down better than up!)
There were amazing colors...
and an amazing lack of colors with mountains "smoking"!
There was the expected (Old Faithful)...
and the surprises....
Over and over on this trip I was reminded of God's amazing creativity and the beautiful world we live in!!

Hello friend! I was thinking of you today cause we had Kaylyn over for Ellen's 10th birthday! It's fun to see your vacation pics and know that you'd agree parenting is still getting more and more fun. Even though Ellen informed me today that she is now a "tween" she is a sweet and fun girl. We got her a hedgehog for her birthday. Play hard for the rest of the summer!
