We have been having Penny's portraits done by the same woman since Annsley was a baby. Barb has this amazing ability to make the kids smile and get great shots of them. We always request Barb! Barb is legendary in our family. But, Sammy was not to be consoled on this day. Even Barb couldn't make him smile. Seth did get him to stop crying when he had him on his lap. But, nary a smile was to be seen....until we got a cookie at Mrs. Fields. We love cousins!

Oh - those are still such cute pictures... One of my favorite childhood portraits of myself is one where I absolutely refused to smile. I was four. And I outright frowned. It's a great picture.
